Once you place your order you will receive an estimated ship date. Please keep in mind the date for shipping depends on the type of item ordered, the quantity ordered, and your location. If you reside in the U.S.A. you should receive your items sooner than for orders outside the U.S.A. Shipping will be calculated at the time of purchase. Your products will come with a return address in case of any issues with your order. However please reach out to us if something is wrong with your order so we can try to help find resolution. FAQ’s What if I believe my order has been lost? ANSWER: If you believe your order has been lost, please let us know by contacting us at customer.service@surplusfilter.com . We will work to determine the status of your order and resolve any shipping issues. If your order was legitimately lost it will be replaced. What if my order tracking shows the order was delivered, but I never received it? ANSWER: Surplus Filter does not refund or replace orders that are due to carrier error or theft. So please make sure you provide us with an address that is a secure location for delivery. Are your filters made well? ANSWER: Yes, our filters are manufactured with quality workmanship and are design tested to perform at a level comparable to the OEM brand. This means the design must pass in a margin of 90% to 110% the performance of the OEM equivalent filter. Can I return Items? ANSWER: Yes, we accept returns on new parts in sellable condition. So if you received the wrong part contact us and we will assist you through the process. Keep in mind the part must be new. It cannot be installed. Please see our Return Policy in the footer of our web page. Simply click the link to that policy. Do you offer refunds? ANSWER: Refunds and exchanges are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or items with a defect. Before your return please contact us at customer.service@surplusfilter.com with photos of wrong/defect items and we’ll sort that out for you.
